Watch Me Grow
A baby program for birth - 24 months
The program provides one child with the following items:
§ Six portrait sessions at the following times ($50 value each)
o Newborn (2-4 weeks old)
o 4 months
o 7 months
o 12 months
o 18 months
o 24 months
§ One large album which will hold 24 8x10s ($250 value)
§ One complimentary 8x10 print from each of the six sessions ($35 value each) and four 4x5 prints from the newborn session ($60 value).
§ 20% discount on any other session fee in which the child is included, for the duration of the program.

Discounted Price for Participants: $425
Participants can receive a complimentary maternity session at 28-34 weeks if they book the Watch Me Grow Program.

Through The Years
A program for children after 24 months
Each two year membership provides one child with the following:
§ Two sessions per year for a total of four sessions. Each session may be indoors or outdoors ($50 value each)
§ One large album which will hold twenty-four 8 x 10s ($250 value)
§ One complimentary 8 x 10 from each session ($35 value each)
§ 20% discount on any other session fee in which the child or immediate family member is included, for the duration of the program.
Total Program Value: $590
Discounted Price for Participants: $350

Photography Policies
Please make cancellations at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Your reservation fee may be transferred to another date if you call to reschedule at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you cannot keep your appointment, your reservation fee may be transferred to a friend if they use the originally scheduled session time. No call/no show appointments forfeit the reservation fee and cannot transfer the fee to another date. Reservation fee may be used to purchase additional prints from a previous session.
Prices are subject to change at anytime.
We accept checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
Session Policies:
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we will have to reschedule for another day.
Sessions cannot be combined in a print package with previous sessions.
A second session cannot be scheduled until prints have been ordered from the previous session.
Previews & Prints:
Please allow 2-3 weeks for all prints.
Previews are ready for viewing approximately 1-2 weeks after your session.
Ordering:
After your portrait session, we will schedule an appointment for you to return to the studio and view your previews. Ordering must take place during the preview session. Please be prepared to order before your session date.
Remeber to photograph the room and/or measure walls where you wish to hang your portraits. This will help us determine the best size portrait for your space.
Payment of 1/2 your order total must be paid when placing an order. Remaining balance is due when prints are delivered.
Online Viewing Policy:
Online viewing is available only after an order has been placed at your in-studio proofing session. Online galleries will be available for you to view for 2 weeks from the date posted.
After 2 weeks, if an extension is needed, please contact the studio or the gallery will automatically be deleted. If an extension is needed, there will be a $15.00 re-posting fee.
All images are property of Beth Martin Photography and are kept on file for re-orders for approximately 30 days.
All images are protected by federal copyright laws. Failure to comply could result in legal fines.
