Photography Policies
Please make cancellations at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
Session Policies: (In studio or online)
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we will have to reschedule for another day.
Sessions cannot be combined in a print package with previous sessions.
A second session cannot be scheduled until prints have been ordered from the previous session.
Prints & Proofs:
Please allow 2-3 weeks for all prints.
Proofs are ready for viewing approximately 2 weeks after your session.
Ordering:
If you come into the studio to review proofs, ordering must take place during the proofing session. Please be prepared to order before your session date.
Payment of 1/2 your order total must be paid when placing an order. Remaining balance is due when prints are delivered.
Online Proofing Policy:
Online proofing will be available for you to view for 2 weeks from the date posted. Orders must be placed by the end of the 2 week viewing period.
After 2 weeks, if an extension is needed, please contact the studio or the gallery will automatically be deleted. If an extension is needed, there will be a $25.00 re-posting fee. If online orders are NOT placed by 1 month there will also be a charge of 5% to the final order.
Prices are subject to change at anytime.
We accept checks, Visa and MasterCard.
All images are property of Beth Martin Photography and are kept on file for re-orders for approximately 60 days.
All images are protected by federal copyright laws. Failure to comply could result in legal fines.
